Our Attorneys & Staff
Since April 1999, the firm has transitioned from a solo practice to an office of three attorneys practicing in Utah in various areas, whom are affiliated with nearly 50 attorneys located in 5 states. Lincoln Hobbs and Margaret Olson have worked together to serve our clients for over 20 years.
Amongst the firm, we have expertise in most areas of civil law, with extensive experience in civil and criminal trials throughout the State of Utah. Our major practice areas include representation of condominium and homeowners associations (HOA's), insurance defense, employment and property disputes. Our affiliation with Carpenter, Hazlewood, Delgado and Bolen, LLC allows us to provide collection services to our community association and other clients.
Lincoln W. Hobbs
Lincoln W. Hobbs has over 30 years of experience in civil litigation, with extensive trial and appeal experience in employment, real property, construction defect and business litigation.
Margaret H. Olson
Margaret H. Olson has extensive civil and criminal trial experience. Margaret serves as the County Attorney for Summit County, Utah. Margaret continues her of counsel affiliation with Hobbs & Olson, on limited civil matters which preceded her appointment.
Sarah H. Orme
Sarah H. Orme is a magna cum laude graduate of the law school at Indiana University, Indianaopolis, providing support to all of the firm's lawyers, in all of our practice areas.
