Kathy A.F. Davis

Kathy A.F. Davis was born in Ogden, Utah. She attended the University of Utah as an undergraduate, receving a B.A. in History, magna cum laude, in 1979. She received her J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law in 1983, and has since that time received an M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix in 1999, and has taken post-graduate courses at the University of Utah related to Nonprofit management.

Kathy was an associate and a partner at the firm of Winder & Haslam from 1983-1996; thereafter she has worked with Associated Title Co., Jerry Seiner Dealerships and First American Title Insurance Agency. In her various positions since 1996 she has also provided independent services as an attorney, arbitrator and mediator.

Kathy has significant real estate law experience in all areas, including disputes related to title transfers, buying and selling of real estate, mortgage foreclosures and foreclosure defense, mechanics lien disputes, and community association law.
