On April 25, Lincoln will be presenting several sessions for the Lorman's Employment-Related Records Seminar in Salt Lake City; Lincoln's areas will include employee handbooks; performance reviews and personnel files.
On April 30, Lincoln will be presenting a Utah construction law update for the National Business Institute's Seminar on Construction Defect Litigation: From A to Z in Salt Lake City.
