The firm provides employment counseling and representation in all aspects of employment law, for both management and employees. Our current caseload includes numerous cases involving sexual discrimination, including sexual harassment, Family and Medical Leave Act disputes, retailiation claims, and the enforcement of and defense against non-compete agreements. Lincoln W. Hobbs has repeatedly lectured, and continues to lecture, on all areas of employment law. Lincoln is a past chair of the Utah State Bar Labor and Employment Section.

Community Association Law

Many homeowner and condominium associations, including many of the state's largest associations, rely upon the firm for representation in transition, governance, management, and assessment collections. Lincoln W. Hobbs is actively involved in association and developer representation, and is extemely active in the national and local chapter of the Community Associations Institute. Mr. Hobbs is the past president and founder of the Utah Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (UCCAI). Criminal Defense
