Any Suggested Dates/Times for Repeats of our Community Association Law Update?
We've received notice that our course on the 2011 Community Association (condominium and HOA) Law update has been approved for continuing legal education credit; that, plus the requests from those who couldn't make our earlier courses, leads us to want to repeat the courses in Salt Lake and Park City, and to present in St. George?
So, what dates and times work best for you? Please visit www.utahcondolaw.com, and give us your thoughts. While you're there, subscribe, so that you will be notified when we decide when and where to present again.
On the Road for CAI (again):
Lincoln Hobbs was in Lebanon, N.H., teaching CAI's M205 Risk Manaagement course on May 19 and 20; on June 1-3, he was in Chicago, IL., teaching the M100, Essentials of Community Association Management course.
And Teaching at Home, In Between
And in the weeks in between and after these national community association law presentations, he presented at Daybreak and Park City on the 2011 changes to the Utah Condominium Act and the Utah Community Association Act. Due to request and popular demand, he taught a weekday course at the new City Center condominiums; there will probably be a course in St. George, and likely repeats in Salt Lake City and Park City.
Utah Community Association Law Changes --
We're in the process of compiling and scheduling a series of condominium law educational courses, dealing with the wide-ranging and significant changes to the Utah Condomimium Act and the Utah Community Association Act that were adopted by the 2011 Utah Legislature.
Significant changes were made to the insurance, reserve and registration requirements for condomimiums; in light of the changes, we will be presenting a three-hour course on the changes, to be held at the following locations, on the following dates:
Salt Lake City, UT -- at the Utahcondolaw learning center, 466 East 500 South, on May 14, 2011;
South Jordan, UT -- at the Daybreak Community Center, 4544 West Harvest Moon Drive South Jordan, Utah 84095, on May 28, 2011;
Park City, UT -- at a location to be announced soon, on June 11, 2011.
Additionally, it's looking like we'll have a weekday course at the City Center project on June 7, and most likely a course sometime in June in St. George, Utah.
