Our Commitments to the Use of Technology

We have known, from the opening of our doors late in the 20th century, that the rapid advances in technology would greatly increase the efficiency of our operations, and in turn, our ability to deliver exceptional services promptly, and relatively inexpensively. In that regard, we continually strive to keep abreast of, and participate in, the latest advances that allow us to save time, and in turn money.

The lawyers and staff at our office enjoy access to modern technology that allows us to be more efficient at what we do. We use updated Apple computers and software, including powerful calendaring and time management systems. We constantly seek to maximize available internet information, through modern legal research techniques, and online access to courts and the recorders's offices throughout Utah. Unlike most firms and community managers, we record our condominium and HOA documents, including liens, through the use of online access, saving considerable time and money for our clients.

Our most recent technology adoption involves the use of social media to share our knowledge. On our sister site, utahcondolaw.com, we regularly blog and post videos of our trainings for those who cannot attend in person. We're currently editing a three hour presentation on the 2011 changes to Utah's community association (condominium and HOA) laws that was presented live in Salt Lake City, Park City and at Daybreak in South Jordan, UT.
